"After I register online, how do I get my credentials?"

All credential pick-up will be at Beech Bend Amusement Park's Riverbend Pavilion. There is no off-site credential pick-up. Have your ID and QR code ready when you arrive and check-in will be quick.

All Participants and Crew Members must stop at Registration to pick up credentials. Participants, please bring your ticket QR Code and valid driver’s license with you. Each package includes (1) Crew Member OR Guest. If Crew Members are not present at check-in, you will be given a temporary gate access wristband to get them in. They (Crew Member) will then need to report to Check-In to trade that temporary pass for the necessary Crew Member wristband if they need access to restricted areas - The entire facility is the pits - no reason to have a special wristband for the pits. Crew Member credentials simply gain them access to hot pits to assist Participants.

IMPORTANT: Only the listed ticket holders (registered Participants) may pick up the credentials.

"Who needs to sign a waiver to attend LS Fest?"

NEW for 2024, Drivers must complete the waiver during the ticketing process and will be required to upload a photo, if you fail to complete this step, you will not receive your QR Code ticket and will not be able to check in onsite. In addition, all drivers will be required to sign a waiver on the tech form. Complete this before you arrive!

Crew Members must complete the event waiver HERE. Car Show Participants and Spectators are not required to complete an additional waiver.

"What if I am not 18 years old but want to participate in LS Fest?"

Anyone under the age of 18 must complete THIS WAIVER, have it notarized in Kentucky, and present it at Participant Check-In. Permission from the respective segment Race Director is required. Please contact [email protected] for information about registering as a minor.

"If we are unable to make it to Beach Bend before registration closes, will we be able to park our trucks/trailers in the pits?"

No, you will not be able to access the venue without the proper credentials. Please plan accordingly! There is one lane in and out of Beech Bend, we can not have trucks and trailers stacked on the road.

"Can we stay inside the venue Sunday night after the event ends?"

No, you will need to clear the pit area after the event on Sunday evening.

"My friend and I are both participating in the same segment. Can we be placed in the same run group?"

Run groups are selected as you register, make sure to speak with your friends BEFORE you register. Run groups cannot be changed once you purchase them.

"I have a co-driver. Can there be more than one driver registered per vehicle?"

For Autocross – two drivers can use the same vehicle. However, both participants must purchase the "Fun Run" option. Neither driver can be eligible for competition or prizes. Unfortunately, due to our scoring and standings methods, only one driver is allowed per vehicle for the Grand Champion competition. Example: Two drivers in one vehicle with one number will throw off any results if they are not recorded properly. One driver per vehicle helps ensure that all standings are accurate throughout the entire event. Two drivers may register the same vehicle for two different drag race classes but, at least one of the classes must be an index-style run class. Two people may not register the same car in the car show.

"I want to be in the pits, what type of ticket do I need?"

The entire event is the pits! LS Fest is an all-access event so once you're in, YOU'RE IN! See the cars, meet the drivers, and enjoy it all but be alert! Vehicles are constantly moving throughout the venue as segments change. Click HERE to purchase spectator tickets!
