Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, you have the option to change your vehicle information on your event registration or transfer your ticket. You have until the end of the day on April 17th to update or change your registration information or transfer your ticket.
I have a co-driver (parent & child, couples, friends, etc). Can there be more than one driver registered for one car?
For Autocross, two drivers can use the same vehicle however, both participants must purchase the "Fun Run" option. Neither driver can be eligible for competition or prizes. Unfortunately, due to our method of keeping track of points and standings, only one driver per vehicle is allowed for the Grand Champion competition. Example: Two drivers in one vehicle with one number will throw off any results if they are not recorded properly. One driver per vehicle helps ensure that all standings are accurate throughout the event. Two drivers may register the same vehicle for two different drag race classes but, at least one of the classes must be an index-style run class. These are the only segments that allow for two drivers per car.
If I register online, how do I get my credentials?
All credential pick-up will be at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (no off-site pickup is provided). Follow signs to Participant Check-In, park, and walk to the entrance to collect your credentials. Please do not bring extra people with you to check-in other than yourself and your one crew member. If you have everything completed ahead of time, this will be a very quick process. All participants and crew members must stop at registration and pick up credentials. Participants, please bring your ticket QR code and valid driver’s license to registration. If crew members are not present at check-in, you will be given a temporary gate access wristband to get them in once they arrive. Once they arrive, the crew member will need to report to Registration to receive the necessary crew member wristband.
Only the registered participants may pick up the credentials. Registration/check-in for all participants will be at the LVMS Dirt Track parking lot. Al registered participants must come to this location upon arrival.
How many crew tickets is a participant allowed?

This means each participant registration has a possible grand total of up to five (5) crew members. Participant and crew member credentials grant event access for the entire weekend.
