Holley LS Fest West Quick 16
We’re looking for the fastest car on the property at LS Fest West and to find it we created the Quick 16! Racers in any drag class are eligible for this shootout with no additional entry fee required. To be eligible simply bring the timeslip from your fastest qualifying pass to drag tech by 3:00 on Saturday and we will pit the 16 with the quickest ETs in a race. We will try to make the race happen Saturday night around 6:00pm. This will be a 1/8th mile heads up race on a .400 pro tree with scoreboards on. It is run what you brung, but the car must meet NHRA safety requirements for the times it runs and must be LS/LT powered obviously. Ladder will be set with chip draw each round and payouts will be $1,500 to win and $500 R/U! Let’s see what you got!
Grudge/test-n-tune class is a no payout class that is focused on having fun! This class is perfect for those who are looking for a Saturday night fun-run style class just like they have at their home track. Team up against a friend or race against yourself and the clock. Perhaps your car wouldn’t be competitive in any other class. Maybe you’re learning to drive a newly developed setup. This class is ideal for any of those scenarios. The class will be run throughout the entire weekend and is only available to competitors that are not competing in another class during the event. The only exception would be for competitors that are running True Street on Saturday. These will be able to enjoy Test-N-Tune on Sunday.
Class Rules: Other than having an LS or current gen LT engine, there are no class rules or limitations to this class. All NHRA safety regulations for ET / speed DO APPLY.
Drag and Drive is a heads up class designed for the fastest cars on the strip! DOT-legal tires, working lights, horns and other street-oriented safety equipment will be required. All vehicles powered by a GM LS or current generation LT style power plant permitted.
Any vehicle, including all 5th Gen. Camaro, C7 Corvette or any full bodied vehicle powered by a GM LS style (or current generation V LT) power plant permitted. Dragsters, Roadsters and Altered style cars are prohibited.

Vehicles are required to be stock appearing and stock bodied. All vehicles MUST pass NHRA/IHRA safety inspection for ET and speed. Late Model Heads-Up is an exciting class returning to LS Fest West. This class will feature Late Model LS, and Gen V LT powered cars in recent production. Entry must be 2008 and newer, and LS or Gen V LT powered, run on 15 inch or greater diameter wheel and 235 mm section width or greater DOT approved tire. Cars are limited to 10.00 ET and slower; this is an all-run, qualified field.

LS Truck was introduced at the inaugural 2017 LS Fest West. The LS truck and SUV market has exploded into an exciting platform. We are looking forward to seeing participants showcase the performance of their Trucks and SUVs. The rules this year are simple and straight forward. In future events the LS Fest drag race staff will consider additional parameters and rules packages. We look forward to seeing you and your truck or SUV at the race.
This is sure to be one of the most entertaining groups of cars on the property! Like every other class at LS Fest, these cars must be LS or Gen V LT powered to compete and are also required to have a clutch assisted “H” pattern shifted transmission. Other than the transmission and clutch restrictions, this class is unlimited! All NHRA speed/time safety rules will apply.
This class has been developed to accommodate the serious LS enthusiast that may not have a class specific build. The performances we will see in this class will be exciting to watch and compete. The class will be full of entries at different power levels but everyone will still have the same ET limit to adjust to. The entry must be LS or LT powered and be able to pass NHRA tech for ET and Speed. For any pair of entries that exceed 5.50 et during eliminations, the closest to 5.50 will be declared the winner as long as both entries left the starting line with green lights. Any run in qualifying that exceeds 5.50 seconds will be placed on the bottom of the ladder. Lane choice will be determined by gentleman’s agreement or coin flips for all elimination rounds.
