Holley’s annual LS Fest West kick-off date is April 26, 2024 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The event is centered around GM’s popular LS engine and welcomes any and all vehicles equipped with a 1997 or later LS engine (or current generation LT) whether originally installed or installed as a modification to an existing vehicle. The event grows each year and thousands of LS gearheads, participants, and spectators come together for the action-packed 3-day event!

What is there to do at Holley LS Fest?

For those who wish to participate with their vehicle, we have several packages available.

Grand Champion package grants you access to Autocross, 3S Challenge, Dyno challenge, Car Show, and the Grand Champion-specific Drag Class. This class is limited to the first 250 registrants and includes event passes for the competitor and one crew member.

Autocross package allows you to run your vehicle on both of the Autocross courses, the 3S Challenge on Sunday, participate in the Dyno Challenge, and you're entered in the Car Show.

Drag Race package allows a racer to participate in the Dyno Challenge, Friday Open Test-N-Tune until 3 pm, Car Show, and of course, 1 Drag Racing Class. Includes event passes for the competitor and one crew member.

Car Show package includes event passes for the driver plus one additional person (2 total) and allows you to participate in the Car Show and Dyno challenge. No support vehicles are allowed for Car show participants. Special trailer parking is available outside the gates.

Drift Package includes access to the Car Show and Dyno Challenge. Drift Challenge Requires an approval process to register. You can apply HERE!

Donut Pit Package includes event passes for the driver and one additional person (2 total) and includes access to the Donut pit, Car Show and Dyno Challenge.

Off-Road package includes event passes for the driver plus one crew member and allows you to participate in the off-road segment, Car Show and Dyno Challenge.

As a spectator, you can expect to be able to enjoy watching all of these events unfold throughout the weekend while enjoying a large vendor midway to spec out parts for your own vehicle or project! There will be plenty of food and drink vendors as well.

Each Participant Registration includes two (2) event passes - one for the Registered Participant (Driver) and one for a Crew Member OR Guest. All Crew Members MUST complete the waiver and present a state issued ID at Check-In to receive Crew Member wristbands. Crew Member passes do NOT have a QR code. All Crew Member Passes are included with the Registered Participant's QR code (received after registration is completed) and all Crew Members must arrive with the Participant to receive credentials.


How are waivers handled for LS Fest?

NEW for 2024, Drivers must complete the waiver during the ticketing process and will be required to upload a photo, if you fail to complete this step, you will not receive your QR Code ticket and will not be able to check in onsite. In addition, all drivers will be required to sign a waiver on the tech form.

How Do I Attend as a Spectator?

Spectators’ tickets will be sold online only! Tickets are $25/day for each day. Children 16 and under are free. A $5 military discount is available! Use code Military2024 when purchasing your ticket and bring your military ID to check-in once you arrive at the event!

What if I am not 18 years old but want to participate in LS Fest?

Anyone under the age of 18 MUST complete THIS WAIVER, have it notarized in Nevada, and present it at Check-In. Permission from segment Race Director is required. Please contact [email protected] for information about registering as a minor.


What do I get if I register my car?

Can my friend and I be placed in the same run group?

Run groups are selected as you register, make sure to speak with your friends BEFORE you register. Run groups cannot be changed once you purchase them.


I can no longer attend. How do I request a refund?

Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. NEW for 2024 – Transfers are allowed up until 1 week before the event. All transfers MUST be done through our transfer system in the registration program. There is a $25.00 transfer fee that is non-refundable.


I have a co-driver (parent & child, couples, friends, etc). Can there be more than one driver registered for one car?

For Autocross – two drivers CAN use the same vehicle however, both participants MUST purchase the "Fun Run" option. Neither driver can be eligible for competition or prizes. Unfortunately, due to our method of keeping track of points and standings, only one driver per vehicle for the Grand Champion competition. Example: Two drivers in one vehicle with one number will throw off any results if they are not recorded properly. One driver per vehicle helps ensure that all standings are accurate throughout the entirety of the event. Two drivers may register the same vehicle for two different drag race classes but, at least one of the classes must be an index-style run class. Two people may not register the same car in the car show.


If I register online, how do I get my credentials?

All credential pick-up will be at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (no off-site pickup is provided). Exit off the interstate and take Loop Road to the check-in area outside the LVMS Dirt Track, Park and walk to the entrance. Please do not bring extra people with you to check in – just you and your one (1) crew member. If you have all your stuff completed ahead of time, this will be a very quick process.

All Participants and Crew Members must stop at Registration and pick up credentials. Participants, please bring your ticket QR Code and valid driver’s license with you to registration. Each package includes (1) Crew Member OR Guest. If Crew Members are not present at check-in, you will be given a temporary gate access wristband to get them in. They (Crew Member) will then need to report to Check-In to receive the necessary Crew Member wristband.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only the listed ticket holders (registered Participants) may pick up the credentials. We have included a map below to help you locate this area. For the entire event, Registration/Check-In for ALL participants will be at the LVMS Dirt Track parking lot. ALL registered participants MUST come to this location prior to entering Las Vegas Motor Speedway. WATCH FOR SIGNS!

How many crew tickets is a participant allowed?

You are allowed to purchase up to four (4) additional Crew Member tickets via the participant registration packages listed HERE. One Crew Member OR Guest is included with initial Participant registration purchase meaning a grand total of up to five (5) Crew Members for participants are allowed: Driver + Crew Member included with Registration + up to 4 additional Crew Members

The 3-day ticket allows attendees to be wrist-banded at the spectator gate and not have to scan in each day. These tickets come with free Spectator Parking. Children 16 & under are FREE!


I want to be in the pits, what type of ticket do I need?

The entire event is the pits – Be alert – HOT pits and moving vehicles are everywhere! You do not need a special ticket to be in the pits.


What is Purchase Protection?

Purchase Protection is a service that gives our attendees a full refund of their event fees should unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending our event, such as death, health emergencies, crime, transportation failure and more. Refunds are paid from Purchase Protection NOT Holley or FM3. Valid claims are paid out from Purchase Protection directly to the attendees at the end of the month via check. Attendees who encounter an unforeseen circumstance that prevents them from attending our event can file a claim at www.PurchaseProtection.com and select claims. Attendees should review the full Terms & Conditions to see if their circumstance falls into acceptable circumstances and be prepared to supply the appropriate documentation.


How do I transfer my ticket?

Log in to your Account Center on TicketSpice then select "Tickets" from the top navigation bar. Click "View Details" next to the order you'd like to transfer tickets for then click "Transfer". Select the ticket(s) you'd like to transfer then enter the name and email of the person you'd like to transfer the tickets to. Once they receive and complete the transfer, you will be refunded minus any transfer fees.


Where can I get LS Fest West hotel information?

Unfortunately there aren't any special rates available with nearby accommodations for LS Fest West.

Can I camp at Las Vegas Motor Speedway over the weekend?

Spectator camping is not available at LS Fest West. However, if you are a registered participant and you need to stay in your vehicle (tow rig, RV, camper, etc.), you will be allowed to do so but, there are no hookups for power or water. You must fit within your allowed space and vehicle allowance.


What vehicles are welcome to participate at Holley LS Fest?

If it's powered by an LS, LS variant, or current generation LT, you're in! NO rental cars due to insurance restrictions.


Can I rent a golf cart at the show?

No. There will not be any golf cart rental available for spectator rental during the event. However, support vehicles including golf carts and ATVs that support officially registered event participants (not including Car show or Donut Pit) will be allowed at the facility but must have the official current Holley LS Fest support vehicle permit decal available for $10. The permit decal must be applied to the vehicle in such a manner that it is clearly visible and unable to be removed and shared with another vehicle. Officially registered participants will be allowed to purchase one vehicle permit for the duration of the event. A pit vehicle waiver must be signed on-site and may only be signed by the registered driver. Holley holds the right to refuse the use of pit vehicles and may revoke the permit and any time without refund.

Spectators or other non-registered participants will not be allowed to bring any golf carts/ATVs onto the property for any reason. Personally owned motorized wheelchairs and mobility scooters may be brought onto the property providing owners show a valid and current state-issued handicapped or disabled placard or designation. Personally owned motorized wheelchairs and mobility scooters will not require a support vehicle decal. Due to spectator and participant injury and facility damage, all pit vehicles entering the facility are the sole responsibility of the operator/owner. Every pit vehicle entering the racing facility must be assigned to; and the responsibility of; the operator/owner. The signed driver of the vehicle is responsible for the pit vehicle and will assume full legal responsibility for any damage to property (or other damages) caused by the pit vehicle; whether the driver is operating the pit vehicle or not.

Pit vehicles may be operated from “gate opening” until two hours after the competition ends each day. Pit vehicles in operation after this period may be impounded until after the event is completed. The operator of the pit/support vehicle must be 18 or older AND have a valid driver’s license. All vehicles are limited to a 5mph speed limit.

Car Show and Donut Pit participants may not bring support vehicles inside the facility.


Do I need a helmet to participate?

Helmets are required for 3S Challenge, Autocross, Burnout Contest, Donut Pit, Off- Road, Drift Challenge, and Grand Champion. All helmets (also for passengers when permitted) must be SA2105 or newer. NO MOTORCYCLE HELMETS.

Can I drop my trailer and unload my car for the show? Can I leave it overnight?

Trailer parking is available in designated pit areas however, car show participants will need to park trailers outside the gates in a designated area. Car Show and Donut Pit trailers will be required to drop outside the main event gate but performance driving event segments like Autocross, Grand Champion, Off-road, Drag, and Drift will be allowed inside the gates. They are allowed to be left throughout the event weekend. Please keep in mind we will have event security inside the main event gates but NOT be available outside the main event area.


What items are allowed at LS Fest West N=and Las Vegas Motor Speedway? Are there any items excluded for spectators?

Per LVMS policy, there are a number of restrictions that spectators should be aware of when making plans to attend.


Can I bring cannabis to LS Fest events?

Simply put, no. Marijuana or any other legal or illegal controlled substance is NOT allowed at Holley events or the facilities where we are holding the events.
