As with the Baer Brakes 3S Challenge and the Lateral G/QA1 Autocross, Rich Willhoff had his way with the field in the Racepak Road Course Challenge, his favorite event. Driving a 2006 Corvette, Willhoff turned in metronomically consistent lap times of 1:22.338 (76.5-mph average), 1:22.650, and 1:23.264 to win going away. Duke Langley was a solid second with a time of 1:23.440, and he needed just one trip around the challenging Las Vegas Motor Speedway road course to do it. Jordan Priestly filled out the podium with a best run of 1:23.844, Carrie Willhoff (Rich’s wife) was fourth, and Chris Hart claimed fifth place.
